biggish total

Hmmm I didn't have internet access most of the day. Let's see if I can reconstruct enough to do a calorie count.

Coffee w/sugar in the morning (135)

Lunch:
awesome salad (140)
hard boiled egg w/salt & pepper (77)
med. baked potato w/salt & pepper (160)
diet soda

Snack: 10 baby carrots (50)
diet soda (needing the caffeine)

Snack: apple (100)

Snack: 3 chocolate sandwich cookies (375)

Supper: chicken noodle soup, pimped out (450 best guess)
panera bread 2 small slices (250)
5 saltines (50)
10 oz grape kool aid (100)
1/2 cup rainbow sherbet (130)

Total for the day: 2345

Ouch! Looks like tomorrow I need to be very good!
